All Security Professionals are trained in critical incident report writing and will document any on site incidents including insecurities, Disturbances, Criminal Code, Access, Fire, Medical Emergencies, Miscellaneous, Motor Vehicle, etc. All investigations will be performed diligently and according to the site Standard Operating Procedures. Security Professionals will utilize surveillance if possible, when investigating incidents. Investigations/ Reports will be logged in a Security Incident Report logbook and saved in an organized digital format. Site management will be notified on all incidents and issued the incident report in a timely manner or once finished if an intensive investigation is required.

Our standardized first aid training includes First Aid CPR level C with AED Security provides a first aid station for all site personnel as required.
